Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you received your order. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order if you believe your item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

Return Conditions
All returns must be in the original packaging, be new and unused, and include all documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any returns that do not meet this standard will not be accepted. You can return or exchange the item for the same product; if you choose to change to another we will either refund or charge for the difference, as appropriate. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees.
When shipping returns, please pack the order carefully, as any damage in transit will be the responsibility of the buyer. We ask that all orders be shipped with tracking numbers and insurance. We are not responsible for any damage to returned items that occur during shipping, and will not refund damaged items.

Refunds
You will get your refund within 3-4 working days from the moment we have received the returned item. If an item has been opened and/or used, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange. Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged: Used items, the items with changed properties, items without original packaging, or damaged packages. Items damaged or lost during delivery.

Delivery Costs
Shipping costs (to and from a buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (including duties, taxes, and customs fees, if any). We will refund shipping costs if we made a mistake while processing your order. In all other cases, these costs are paid by the buyer. By purchasing from our shop you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Digital Items
Please make sure if you buy a digital pattern in PDF format. This is a not finished project. This is a pattern that shows how to make the finished project with your own hands. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Digital files cannot be returned, therefore refunds/exchanges are not accepted, unless the same item was purchased twice, by mistake.
In case you are not happy with the pattern you get, please let us know within 30 days and we will do our best to fix the problem and help.
